What we do not collect

• Payment card or financial account information.
• Shipping addresses or fulfillment details for purchases.
• Personal purchase history from third-party marketplaces (we do not process your orders).

How We Share Information

Your Luxury Radar earns commissions when you click through to a marketplace and complete a purchase. To track and pay these commissions, we work with affiliate marketing networks, including Commission Junction (CJ), Sovrn, and Impact. As part of this relationship, these networks may place cookies or similar tracking technology when you click an outbound link, and may collect information about your browsing activity on our site — including pages viewed, links clicked, and general engagement data — for the purpose of tracking referrals, and in some cases for their own advertising and analytics purposes.

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this kind of data sharing with affiliate networks may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information, even though no money changes hands for your personal data directly. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for purposes unrelated to operating our affiliate and analytics programs.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we work with the third-party affiliate and analytics networks described above, you can exercise this right by:
