What we collect

  • Email addresses — when you opt in to saved searches or search alerts.
  • Click behavior — such as outbound clicks to marketplace listings, to understand product usage and improve the service.
  • Search queries — terms you enter when using Your Luxury Radar, to operate search and improve relevance.

What we do not collect

  • Payment card or financial account information.
  • Shipping addresses or fulfillment details for purchases.
  • Personal purchase history from third-party marketplaces (we do not process your orders).

How We Share Information

Your Luxury Radar earns commissions when you click through to a marketplace and complete a purchase. To track and pay these commissions, we work with affiliate marketing networks, including Commission Junction (CJ), Sovrn, and Impact. As part of this relationship, these networks may place cookies or similar tracking technology when you click an outbound link, and may collect information about your browsing activity on our site — including pages viewed, links clicked, and general engagement data — for the purpose of tracking referrals, and in some cases for their own advertising and analytics purposes.

Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), this kind of data sharing with affiliate networks may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information, even though no money changes hands for your personal data directly. If you are a California resident, see “Your California Privacy Rights” below for how to opt out.

Learn more about how each network handles data:

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not share it for purposes unrelated to operating our affiliate and analytics programs.

Third-party links

Our site links to independent marketplaces. Once you leave Your Luxury Radar, we have no control over how those sites collect, use, or share data. Please review each marketplace's privacy policy before providing personal information there.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies, and third-party analytics tools, to measure traffic, understand how features are used, and improve Your Luxury Radar. Depending on your browser, you may be able to limit or delete cookies through your settings; some features may not work as intended if you disable cookies.

How to request data deletion

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold (such as an email used for alerts), contact us at YourLuxuryRadar@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to verification and legal exceptions.

GDPR (EEA/UK users)

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR, including to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email YourLuxuryRadar@gmail.com. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we work with the third-party affiliate and analytics networks described above, you can exercise this right by:

  • Using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info” link in the site footer, or
  • Emailing YourLuxuryRadar@gmail.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out,” or
  • Using the Digital Advertising Alliance's consumer opt-out tool at youradchoices.com/control, which lets you opt out of interest-based advertising across participating companies, including some of our affiliate network partners.

California residents may also have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to correct inaccurate information, subject to certain exceptions. To submit a request, email YourLuxuryRadar@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
